Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is successfully received.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

During sales, promotions, or periods of high order volume, processing may take longer than usual.

Shipping Times

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information when available.

Estimated delivery times are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed. MX PARTS is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, holidays, customs, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking

Customers are responsible for monitoring their tracking information after an order has shipped.

If tracking shows that a package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the shipping carrier directly. MX PARTS may assist with carrier claims when appropriate.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please carefully review your shipping address before completing your purchase.

MX PARTS is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If you notice an address error, contact us as soon as possible before your order ships. We will do our best to assist, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please document the damage with photos and contact MX PARTS as soon as possible.

Once an order has been confirmed as delivered by the carrier, MX PARTS is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees, duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by their country.
