1. Products & Orders

MX PARTS makes every effort to provide accurate product descriptions, images, specifications, and pricing. However, minor differences in appearance, packaging, or product specifications may occur.

We reserve the right to correct pricing, product, or listing errors and to cancel or modify an order when necessary.

2. Compatibility

Customers are responsible for confirming that a product is compatible with their specific bike, model, year, and setup before purchasing.

If you are unsure about compatibility, please contact MX PARTS before placing your order.

3. Installation & Use

MX PARTS products should be installed by a qualified or experienced person when appropriate.

The customer is responsible for proper installation, adjustment, maintenance, and use of purchased products.

MX PARTS is not responsible for damage, injury, or loss resulting from improper installation, modification, misuse, neglect, racing, off-road use, or failure to properly maintain a product.

Brake and other safety-related components should be installed and tested properly before riding.

4. Returns & Refunds

All sales are final, except where otherwise required by applicable law or where MX PARTS has approved a return or replacement under its Refund & Return Policy.

We do not accept returns or refunds for buyer's remorse, incorrect purchases, compatibility issues that could have been verified before purchase, installation attempts, modifications, or products damaged after delivery.

Please review the product information carefully before ordering.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos or videos of the product and packaging.

We may request additional information to determine the appropriate resolution.

6. Shipping

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.

MX PARTS is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, incorrect addresses, refused deliveries, or circumstances outside our control.

7. Intellectual Property

All MX PARTS logos, branding, product photography, graphics, text, and other original website content are the property of MX PARTS unless otherwise stated.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MX PARTS shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the purchase, installation, or use of our products.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
